Stephen M. Feidelman

Education: Stephen M. Feidelman received his B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from Boston University and his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Areas of Practice: Mr. Feidelman currently practices in Hollywood, Florida, concentrating mainly on Florida franchise law and other Florida business law issues.

Admissions and Honors: Mr. Feidelman is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

He is a qualified Florida 17th Judicial Circuit court-appointed arbitrator and has attained the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating of AV® in recognition of his high levels of skill and integrity.

Activities: Mr. Feidelman has been a faculty participant in numerous seminars related to franchise and business opportunity legal issues and has contributed to Bar committee consumer education pamphlets and seminar course materials on franchise law.

He has also been a guest lecturer on franchise law issues at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Nova Southeastern University.

Mr. Feidelman has served on the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Business Law Section and has chaired the Florida Bar's Franchise Law Committee; the Antitrust, Franchise, and Trade Regulation Law Committee; and its Subcommittee on Franchise Law Certification.

Memberships: Mr. Feidelman is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising, the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Broward County Bar Association. He is also a member/agent of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc. Mr. Feidelman additionally has participated as a LegaLine® panel attorney of the American Association of Franchisees and Dealers (AAFD), and has served as a "Lemon Law" claims arbitrator under the Better Business Bureau's AutoLine® Dispute Settlement Program.
